I have been working in strategic consulting, process management, and project management since 2007. During the early years of my career, I contributed to major transformational projects, including the transition from paper-based cafeteria vouchers to electronic card solutions. As one of the contributors behind the innovative concept, I played a key role as part of the consulting team in the development and launch of the OTP Cafeteria Card and later the nationally successful OTP SZÉP Card, including the establishment and commercial development of its nationwide acceptance network.

From 2014, once these solutions had become well established, I worked as a business coach and strategic consultant on several financial products and corporate initiatives, including OTP Csekkrendező, OTP Business, and the development of employee motivation systems in large corporate environments.

Since 2017, I have focused increasingly on supporting leaders of small and medium-sized companies in building new processes and organizations and making strategic business decisions. Through interim management assignments, we have also provided companies with experienced specialists from different professional fields, combining my own expertise with the capabilities of a broader expert network.
